There's two types of PD* measurement: Binocular - PD is the total distance between your pupils (one number: around 50 to 70+mm) Monocular - PD is the distance from the bridge of your nose to your pupil on each side (two numbers: around 30/30mm).
If the PD value is not on your prescription, the best way to find this out is consulting your optometrist (they should be able to provide it to you via phone), but if this in any case is not possible, there are a few ways to measure it on your own:how to measure your PDWe recommend that if you measure pupillary distance yourself, you try several attempts to be sure you get a fairly accurate measurement.
This indicates which IPD preset to use in your Quest.
High index makes the lens thinner. This option is required for high SPH and CYL values.
