We are looking for an independent, customer-focused, and collaborative person to join us as a Customer Support Specialist. Can this be you?
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries. We’re a growing company, so your voice will matter when it comes to customer support best practices and process optimization.
You don’t have to be a VR or optometry specialist (we’ll teach you everything you need to know), but you must have a knack for logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. You also must be able to digest and communicate technical concepts to people of varying technical ability. As you will support the customers globally, excellent written skills in English are a must.
What do you need to get this position?
You have excellent English written skills. You will have to communicate clearly and professionally with customers worldwide, be diplomatic, and be a good listener.
You are tech-savvy. You enjoy learning new tools and technologies, and you can quickly digest new technical concepts to make them easily understandable. Previous experience with VR and/or optometry is a huge plus.
You can communicate in Polish. You don’t have to be a native speaker, but you must be able to communicate with our remote team, including the technical staff (the opticians).
You have a working station (a personal computer and reliable internet connection for remote work).
You are available to work in the afternoons or evenings (for example from 6 pm to 9 pm). Ideally, you can allocate 30 minutes in the morning to handle urgent cases.
What we offer
Ample training and resources
Supervision and support from the team, if necessary
Flexible work schedule
An opportunity to shape the company with us
Salary: 1.200 – 1.800 PLN gross
Contract type: UZ or B2B during the trial period (UoP available afterward)
